Description
Plot of agricultural land in the hills but largely with a slight slope, consisting of a single body of Ha. 22, easily reachable with its own gravel road. The land develops on both sides of the small hill and at the top in a flat area where there is also a ruin of a farmhouse stacked in the urban area, with an area of 280sqm + a well. Being placed at the top of the relief, it enjoys a panoramic view that includes all the Apennine relief that goes from the city of Cingoli to the village of Ostra.
The whole property is mainly exposed to the South and East and on one side to the West, it is of medium texture and currently almost completely cultivated with the exception of eroded areas.
The fund is currently worked on behalf of third parties and benefits from European contributions.
