CAS’ALE – Santa Maria Nuova (AN) in the Marche region. We are located in the foothills of the hills overlooking the town of Jesi in a very panoramic position with views ranging from the Apennine mountains to the coast. In fact, it is possible to see the sea in the distance from Fano to Conero.
Cas’Ale is a beautiful country house that was completely renovated in 2013 to a high standard (which is why it has an energy rating of B). It is spread over two floors above ground plus a structural porch made of wooden pillars, beams and roof tiles, which add a large living space with panoramic views to the ground floor. Finally, it is surrounded by a flat, panoramic garden of 2,500 square metres.
