These two buildings, with a total floor area of 230m², are set in the centre of a beautiful, well-maintained, flat garden featuring olive trees, fruit trees and ornamental plants, making it particularly pleasant, not least because it faces south-east; the land has a total area of 19,000m². There are external paving areas with drainage to prevent waterlogging, outdoor lighting, a fence and an automatic gate.
