It is located in a very panoramic area with glimpses of slightly hilly agricultural land, cultivated with centuries-old olive groves, facing southeast towards the Apennines. Instead, on the right side and behind the house there is a view of the sea around Fano.

There are other three annexes and an active well. The courtyard surrounding the house has a surface of 5000 square meters, flat and with about 80 centuries-old olive trees.
