Beautiful farmhouse completely renovated following the demolition of the old building and faithful reconstruction of the typical Marche farmhouse, reusing all the original materials for the visible parts. It is located in the agricultural area of the municipality of Jesi (AN), at the top of a hill and enjoys a panoramic and secluded position while being only a 30-minute drive from the beaches of Conero, 14 km from Falconara airport and the entrance to the A14 motorway.
The relevant land has an area of 4,500sqm, partly consisting of a large tree-lined garden, a courtyard with parking area, a large terrace covered with shading sheets with panoramic views of the hills and especially of the splendid olive grove consisting of 90 13-year-old olive trees.
