Description
A brick farmhouse located in the municipality of Serra De’Conti, a small, very characteristic and well-preserved medieval village that offers all the necessary services and is, among other things, 20 km from the beaches of Senigallia.
The farmhouse is completely in need of renovation, is reached by a convenient asphalt road and is in the centre of a flat courtyard at the top of a clearing with views over the entire valley as far as the sea, the mountains and the villages in the distance.
