Description
Country villa by the sea. The property was obtained from the restoration carried out in 2015 of a country farmhouse located in a strategic panoramic position on the hills and mountains of the Marches with an exclusive view of the countryside of the municipality of Ostra, in the province of Ancona. Ostra is an ancient medieval village well known both for its historical background and because it is the cradle of an ancient school of restoration and antique fairs.
The house is located on top of a small hill, surrounded by a large flat courtyard and exposed to the sun until sunset: this allows a pleasant stay by the pool, the patio and the gazebo.
The sea is not far away, in fact the beaches of Senigallia are about 15 km far and so is the motorway, the airport is 27 km far. Countless interesting places to visit can be reached from this place in an average of only 30 minutes by car. The city of Ancona and the Monte Conero, Loreto Sanctuary, Frasassi caves and all the places famous for their gastronomic traditions.
The farmhouse has been renovated and used as a country hotel; it has an area of 400 square meters spread linearly over two floors: on the ground floor, the owners’ current entrance through a patio, which leads to the living area, consisting of an open kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry, hallway and corridor leading to the master bedroom with its personal bathroom. On the other side, we have access to a tiny apartment consisting of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen / dining room and stairs up to the first floor where there is a guest sleeping area with six large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and balconies.
The rooms are accessible from a large and long corridor, which ensure a breathing effect and a fair distance among the different bedrooms.
Typical, old materials and modern ones were used to blend well with the context, for a discreet, sober and elegant effect.
The access is asphalted and graved for a short stretch.
The garden has a surface of 2500 square meters, but there is also a small agricultural accessory of about 10 square meters to be restored.

As for the systems, heating is ensured by a gas boiler with radiators, while electric in the guest rooms. Internet connection and satellite TV are available.
